How to track my order?

How does the processing work?
Typically we process orders on the same day, during high demand please allow up to 1-2 days for processing. If an item goes out of stock, processing time might be slightly longer, but you will be made aware of any delays.
How long is shipping time ?
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at the time of checkout, as well as the location. It usually takes 5-6 business days after ordering. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 7-8 business days for processing.
Tracking shows my package was delivered but I haven't received it.

My package was return to sender what should I do?
If your order was marked returned to the sender, it is most likely due to an address issue. Please send us an email with your order number and confirm your shipping address.If we receive your order back without prior contact first, we will reach out via email, and allow 14 days for a response. If we do not receive a response after those 14 days, a refund will be issued for the products purchased, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
What are your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you still intend to return the product, then you have to bear the shipping charges. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. If you’ve received a defective product, send us pictures of the damaged item within the span of 48 hours of order delivery and upon the same product or an alternative product of your choice failing to be in stock, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7 working days (after the product reaches us). The refund shall be made through online mode. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
What if the product doesn't fit will it get exchanged or return?
If the product doesn’t fit on your table, chair, sofa you can simply request for return by sending one picture of your table, chair, sofa with a cover on it as a proof on our WhatsApp number - And we will immediately initiate the return!

Clean and Care
How to clean the cover?
It is best to hand wash to prevent excessive stretching. Never use washing detergent that contains chlorine bleach or fabric conditioner as it will destroy the structure . Always use lukewarm water for both washing and rinsing. Use a mild detergent that contains no chlorine bleach.
